Getting past disappointments

Your child auditions for the role of a lifetime.  The CD gives positive feedback, you know your child will be perfect for the part.  Your child is “in the mix” or meeting the producers, and you are almost positive your child will be hired.  Time passes and you find someone else booked the job.  How does your child move past disappointments gracefully?
